Return Policy

9seed is confident you will be happy with your purchase. If not, please email us at info@nineseed.com to obtain a return authorization number (RA#). If you do not obtain an RA#, your package will be refused. Full refunds for returns are happily accepted within 7 days of package delivery.  Exchanges for merchandise credit are accepted within 14 days of package delivery.

Items must be returned in the same condition as they were shipped. Only unworn and originally packaged items will be accepted for return or exchange. 

Although all merchandise is inspected for defects and damage, should anything be shipped and not in desired condition, or if product does have a defect, 9seed must be informed via email within 48 hours of shipment arrival. Damaged goods due to negligence on the recipient's behalf will not be accepted for refund.

Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer, as we do not sell used merchandise.

SALE items are not returnable and are FINAL SALE.

Shipping and handling charges on returned merchandise are non-refundable and although we would like to, we do not pay for the return shipment of merchandise.

We are NOT responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package. 

You are also welcome to use the shipping method of your choice. In your return package, please include a copy of your receipt, email address, 9seed issued RA# and a written reason for the return and/or any exchange request.  An email confirmation will be sent upon receipt of merchandise. Shipping & Delivery

We proudly ship all orders within 1 - 3 business days of placement.  If an item sells out and becomes back ordered you will be informed of the shipping delay.  

Domestic

All domestic orders ship either USPS priority mail or UPS ground (customer is given a choice).  Please allow 1-3 business days for 9seed to process and ship orders.  Once orders are processed, customers will receive an email confirming shipping along with a tracking number.  Upon shipment, please allow 1-5 business days to receive.  Please note: 9seed is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

USPS domestic priority mail: $10
UPS domestic ground: $15

Sales tax is charged on orders shipped within California at the local tax rate.


International

All international orders ship USPS for a flat rate of $25. To keep costs down, we ship USPS priority mail. As a result, 9seed does not receive tracking numbers and cannot take responsibility for the goods once they leave the United States. Please note that delivery is contingent upon the time it takes to pass through customs. 9seed does not have access to information on how long packages take to pass through customs, so please be patient.

International orders may require additional information and therefore can delay processing. If there are any issues, 9seed will contact customer via email. 

Orders are subject to additional taxes, duties, or custom fees which may be levied once shipment reaches destination country. 9seed is not responsible for any charges imposed by destination country. Customer is responsible for paying any charges for customs clearance. For additional information on these charges, please contact your local customs office.

By law, 9seed must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter the amount to decrease customs fees.
