RETURN POLICY

9seed is confident you will be happy with your purchase. If not, please email us at info@nineseed.com to obtain a return authorization number (RA#). If you do not obtain an RA#, your package will be refused. Full refunds for returns are happily accepted within 7 days of package delivery.  Exchanges for merchandise credit are accepted within 14 days of package delivery.

Items must be returned in the same condition as they were shipped. Only unworn and originally packaged items will be accepted for return or exchange. 

Although all merchandise is inspected for defects and damage, should anything be shipped and not in desired condition, or if product does have a defect, 9seed must be informed via email within 48 hours of shipment arrival. Damaged goods due to negligence on the recipient's behalf will not be accepted for refund.

Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer, as we do not sell used merchandise.

SALE items are not returnable and are FINAL SALE.

Shipping and handling charges on returned merchandise are non-refundable and although we would like to, we do not pay for the return shipment of merchandise.

We are NOT responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package. 

You are also welcome to use the shipping method of your choice. In your return package, please include a copy of your receipt, email address, 9seed issued RA# and a written reason for the return and/or any exchange request.  An email confirmation will be sent upon receipt of merchandise.
