Shipping & Delivery

DELIVERY UPDATE:
Please note that due to Covid-19, we may require additional time to process and ship your order. Know that we are doing everything we can to get your order out as quickly (and safely) as possible

We proudly ship all orders within 1 - 3 business days of placement. If an item sells out and becomes back ordered you will be informed of the shipping delay.

Domestic:
All domestic orders ship via the US Postal Service. Please allow 1-3 business days for 9seed to process and ship orders. Once orders are processed, customers will receive an email confirming shipping along with a tracking number. Upon shipment, please allow 1-5 business days to receive. Please note: 9seed is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

USPS domestic priority mail: free on orders over $100 - For orders under $100, we charge a flat rate shipping & handling fee of $10
USPS Express shipping is available domestically for $30

Sales tax is charged on orders shipped within California at the local tax rate.

International:
All international orders ship DHL Express for a flat rate of $35. Note that 9seed does not receive tracking numbers and cannot take responsibility for the goods once they leave the United States. Please note that delivery is contingent upon the time it takes to pass through customs. 9seed does not have access to information on how long packages take to pass through customs, so please be patient.

International orders may require additional information and therefore can delay processing. If there are any issues, 9seed will contact customer via email.

Orders are subject to additional taxes, duties, or custom fees which may be levied once shipment reaches destination country. 9seed is not responsible for any charges imposed by destination country. Customer is responsible for paying any charges for customs clearance. For additional information on these charges, please contact your local customs office.

By law, 9seed must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter the amount to decrease customs fees.

All orders must be paid in full with credit card prior to shipment. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay & PayPal
